 In 2021, the County of Los Angeles partnered with utilities, community-based organizations, workforce boards, labor unions, industry leaders, employers, and local governments to launch the Regional Workforce Alliance.

Provide disadvantaged communities with equitable access to training and employment opportunities by investments in energy efficiency.
